We haven't been with the surgery very long. However I have found them to be efficient and helpful. I met Dr Protheroe for the first time today, and felt very reassured, my questions were answered in a very caring and understanding way. I did not feel at all rushed, and things were explained to me clearly and kindly. All the details of my recent tests were explained. I am very happy we chose this gp surgery. Waiting times for a planned appointment are quite long, but I expect this is the case Everywhere.

The gp website is not very good. It's hard to navigate, and details are not made very clear. Needs an overhaul!

Everyone is polite and helpful and Dr O'Byrne went above and beyond to help me. I'm sure that wouldn't have happened in any other practice this side of Mars!

The electronic arrivals system was great I understand why it can't be used at present.It places a lot of pressure on the reception staff who have to deal with queues of patients
